Link Tash ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to linktash.com, app.linktash.com, and all related services.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing details, company info when you create an account or contact us) and usage data captured automatically (IP address, device, pages viewed, referrer). We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data.
To operate the marketplace and managed service, process payments, deliver placements, respond to support requests, send transactional and product update emails, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We never sell your data.
We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service: payment processors (Stripe), email delivery, analytics, and cloud hosting. All sub-processors are GDPR-compliant and bound by data-processing agreements.
We use essential cookies (session, security) and optional analytics cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on first visit, or through your browser settings at any time.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting obligations. Anonymous analytics data may be retained longer.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@linktash.com. We respond within 30 days.
We use TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest databases, role-based access controls, and quarterly security reviews. No system is 100% secure — material breaches are disclosed within 72 hours.
Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and EU. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The latest version is always available on this page.
