Refund Policy.

Your link stays live — or you get your money back.

If your published link or post is removed within 365 days of going live, we have 30 days to restore or replace it. If we can't, you get a refund.

If a publisher can't deliver your order, the order is cancelled and your payment is returned in full.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 15 days.

When you can get a refund

Your published link or post was removed within 365 days of going live, and the publisher or our team did not restore it or replace it on a comparable site within 30 days of your report.
The publisher could not deliver your order (the order is cancelled and refunded).

Change of mind after the order has been placed.
The link is live and was delivered as ordered.
Rankings, traffic or revenue did not improve — SEO results are not guaranteed.
The link was removed because you asked for it to be removed.
The order or content broke our terms (spam, malware, illegal or infringing content).

How it works

Message us from the order page or email support with the order number and the live link that was removed.

Within 30 days, the publisher or our team republishes your link, or places it on a comparable site at no extra cost.

If the link is not restored or replaced within 30 days, your refund is returned to your original payment method within 15 days.
