These terms govern your use of Link Tash's website, marketplace, and managed services. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and Link Tash.
By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or using any Link Tash service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. We may refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@linktash.com.
Link Tash facilitates transactions between buyers and independent publishers. We vet publishers but do not control editorial decisions. Placements are subject to publisher acceptance; refunds are processed if a publisher cannot deliver.
All prices are shown in USD unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) or other approved gateways. Funds for placements are held in escrow until the link is verified live.
If a placement drops within 365 days of going live, we will replace it on a comparable site at no charge, or refund the placement cost. The guarantee does not cover sites the buyer requests to be removed for their own reasons.
You may not use Link Tash for spam, malware, illegal industries (subject to local law), trademark infringement, hate speech, adult content, or anything that violates publisher guidelines. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content for placement, you grant Link Tash and the publisher a non-exclusive licence to publish and display it. The Link Tash platform, brand, and software remain our property.
Pre-placement: full refund within 14 days if no work has started. Post-placement: refund only if the publisher fails to deliver per spec. Managed retainers are non-refundable for work already performed.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Tash's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Link Tash is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in those courts, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
